I used to get them from several different places but now that’s dwindled quite severely.
Sadly I haven’t found a pet with code at a Goodwill for a long time.
I still try to get some of what I don’t have from the Estore...but since Ganz insists on putting the ones I don’t have in packs with ones I *do* have, and they tend to be expensive, I pretty much only get single pets. (Also I can no longer afford to get multiples of a pet unless by mistake).
The only other place relatively affordable and accessible from where I am now would be EBay.
I’m sad because I’d like to support the Estore more, but if they don’t offer at least mostly ones I don’t have in packs, I can’t justify spending the money.
For example, I’d LOVE the Shar Pei and Blueberry Cheeky Dog in a set since those are two I’ve been wanting >forever<...but while they’re in trios with points, they’re in separate ones where I have the other two pets in each.
The Classic pets along with any new used to be my stopping grounds at the Estore, but since they’re taking a really long time replacing with others, I’ve again had to just snap singles up.
Another thing is that I really only go for the plushes if I just can’t resist or get the pet in code-only form.
However, the plushies are pretty expensive at the Estore, another reason I’ve had to resort to EBay.
Not that that can’t be expensive too, but there’s a chance for deals depending on the pets, and they generally still have the retired and Signature pets that I wasn’t able to save up for as quickly when they were first released.
