Webkinz Old Accounts
Just today I bought a new Webkinz and I wanted to register it to my old account, but when I pull up the login page and I click the Begin Playing button, nothing happens. At all. I can click the button all I want but the page won't even load at all.
I've spent the past two hours trying to find a solution. I have cleared my browser's cache, reset my account's password, and all kinds of things. I even tried entering the wrong password to see if the page was even active, and instantly a message pops up saying that the password is incorrect.
I guess setting up a new account wouldn't be such a big deal, but I'd really rather have all of my old stuff back! So I guess 1) I need help finding out if I can even reactivate an account that was that far back, and 2) why does the page not react when I click login?
Please help, and thanks!
Additional Information: I tried creating a free account to see if it was just my computer, but no. I can log in to my new account just fine. So something is up with the server connecting me to my old account? How do I fix it?
