Answer: If your room freezes at “loading furniture/characters”, consumer support can help you regain access to this room if you submit a request for assistance.
Answer: If your pet is stuck in your room, try logging out and then logging back into your account. You can also try going to your Webkinz room and then jumping to another room.
Answer: Adding friends to your friends list is done by clicking the “add” button on your KinzChat phone and then typing in the username of the Webkinz World member you would like to be friends with.

Answer: You can delete your child’s Webkinz account using a Parent’s Account that is set up in the Account Controls section of the Parent’s Area.
