Answer: If you are experiencing technical issues with your Webkinz mobile application, you may need to restart your device.

Answer: Getting a white screen while playing in Webkinz World could be result of an outdated Flash Player, a need to clear your browser’s cache, or a pop-up blocker or anti-virus program on your computer.
Answer: If the “Please Wait…” message remains on your screen for an extended period of time, you could be having difficulty connecting to our server.

Answer: If you receive an error while attempting to access your KinzChat Phone, you will need t contact consumer support.
28: Does Your Room Freeze at Loading Furniture/Characters?
Answer: If your room freezes at “loading furniture/characters”, consumer support can help you regain access to this room if you submit a request for assistance.
Answer: If your pet is stuck in your room, try logging out and then logging back into your account. You can also try going to your Webkinz room and then jumping to another room.

Answer: Adding friends to your friends list is done by clicking the “add” button on your KinzChat phone and then typing in the username of the Webkinz World member you would like to be friends with.
